    SOCIAL PSA : TRIGGERS IN OUR DAILY LIVES

    This sticker is the beginning of how I would like to bring others attention to energy awareness in our self-talk, in social circumstances, and in our shared reality, as we have more information to process, than ever before.

    ENERGY HIJACKING:

    a. steal or take control of one's energy. 

    b. a sociological concept that often refers to situations where a person's emotions and energy are temporarily affected by intense feelings like dissonance or action paralysis. These hijackings often occur as a result of social interactions, technology, and misalignment.



    WHY IT MATTERS:

    When a person experiences an energetic hijacking on a daily basis, it can have a significant impact on their ability to accomplish their goals. This is because the intense emotional experience can consume a lot of mental and physical energy, making it difficult for the person to focus on anything else.

    Imagine a person who is trying to complete a project at work. If they experience an energetic hijacking, they may find it difficult to concentrate on the task at hand because their mind is consumed by negative thoughts and emotions. This can lead to decreased productivity, poor decision-making, and other negative consequences.

    LONG-TERM EFFECTS:
